Terms and Conditions

Shipping Policy: All online sales are final. The Shelton Plant Shop is not responsible for an item’s condition once it has been shipped.

Local Pickup: Once you have placed your online order and received your Order Confirmation email, you are welcome to pick up your order at any time during our open hours. Please be aware that if the shop is very busy, it may take us a few minutes to pull your order. Please plan to pick up your order within two weeks of your order date. If you aren’t able to pick up within two weeks, let us know! If we haven’t heard from you and your order hasn’t been picked up within this time, your order will be canceled and refunded, minus a 25% restocking fee.

Pest Policy: We are doing everything we can to prevent pests, including thoroughly checking plants prior to shipping an order. However, it is always possible a plant has one. We will only accept returns within 3 days of in-store purchases.
